Registration

Those interested in attending the course will complete a registration form and submit it with full payment to Montessori Dementia Program.

Certificate of Completion

A certificate of completion will be issued by Montessori Dementia Program to those who attend all class sessions and who complete all required assignments.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Montessori Dementia Program reserves the right to cancel the course due to insufficient numbers no later than 14 days before the scheduled start of the course. A full refund will be offered if Montessori Dementia Program cancels the course.

If an attendee cancels, notice must be received in writing, no later than 14 days before the start date of the course. No refunds will be given after this date. An administration fee of $35 will apply to cancellations.
