World Health Organization Report Debunks Role Vitamins Play in Brain Health

A new report from the World Health Organization (WHO) states that there is no evidence to support that vitamins promoting brain health are instumental in reducing the risk of cognitive decline or Dementia. The WHO reports that in the one third of cases that are considered preventable, there are measures that can be taken to reduce the risk of developing Dementia, such as exercise, social interaction and healthy eating. The report states that there is no strong research that supports the benefits of vitamin supplements on brain health in the long term.
