With the discovery of ‘Blue Zones’ in the year 2000, four isolated geographic areas where people are living beyond the age of 100 at up to ten times the normal rate, came insight into living a long life. Centenarians have been offering their teachings for years. There is evidence to suggest, however, that the next generation is allowing these small pockets of longevity to diminish.
