Study Suggests Using Non-Medication Treatment for Symptoms of Dementia

According to a recently released study, people living with Dementia may respond better to a non-pharmacological approach to treatment such as sound and touch therapy, massage and outdoor activities. The new study suggests that symptoms of aggression and agitation in Dementia patients eased when multidiscipliary care in the form of non-drug treatments were implemented.
