Study Shows Regular Fitness Regime Helps Fight Dementia

A new study from McMaster University’s NeuroFit Lab is generating interest in the healthcare industry. It shows the affect that maintaining a regular fitness routine has on fighting dementia. Subjects who stayed with a rigorous workout routine of exercise for 12 weeks showed a signigicant improvement in their performance on memory tests.
